Our Mission

The B2B sales team's mission is to deliver exceptional support to our German Pro customers, providing technical guidance, helping them navigate our platform, and driving repeat business through personalized relationships.

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a B2B Sales Agent for Germany. If you have a solid background in sales or customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the construction industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Pro customers via phone calls, providing guidance on purchases and platform usage.
  • Generate additional revenue through outbound calls and hot leads.
  • Offer technical advice on plumbing, sanitary, heating, electricity, toolings, and construction works.
  • Promote satisfaction and encourage repeat business through reinsurance on delivery and inventory optimization.
Profile Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Solid experience in sales or customer-facing activities.
  • Native German language proficiency and fluent English.
  • Familiarity with construction products and expertise is a plus.
  • 100% customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong digital culture and adaptability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team spirit skills.
Estimated Salary Range: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum
