As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for working closely with our sales and field marketing teams to manage inbound leads and generate new business opportunities. You will utilize our tech stack to set up qualified appointments and achieve or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound leads from web forms, bots, and events
- Work on outbound prospecting via calls and emails
- Use the MEDDPICC methodology to set up qualified appointments
- Achieve or exceed sales targets
- Build strong relationships with sales representatives and pre-sales engineers
Requirements:
- Excellent German and English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development and Sales
- Proven experience with the MEDDPICC methodology
- Familiarity with sales systems such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator
