As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you are the crucial bridge between our customers/prospects and the sales team.

Your primary responsibility is to arrange meetings between the Sales team and potential customers/prospects to identify new business opportunities. You will manage a set of Mid-Market level current customers and prospects, aiming to discover new business, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities. It means a lot of time contacting customers, hustling and chasing leads. But if you are prepared to put in the hard work, the payoffs are immense.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver targeted messages to relevant people.
Set up meetings to explore business opportunities further.
Record all necessary information in the CRM system to ensure efficient follow-up by the sales teams.
Leverage marketing campaigns and activities to build relationships and guide customers along their buying journey.
Assess sales readiness of customers based on various data points.
