About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing student to join our Business Development team at DMD Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in improving our customer growth strategy for RAMS services consulting and related projects in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, organize, and analyze market data to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a lead database, utilizing digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn, Hubspot, and Google Analytics to communicate with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to improve the B2B Sales Funnel process definition and adapt it to field experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of an inbound marketing strategy centered around quality content creation, such as white papers, articles, and webinars.
  • Support the achievement of competitive intelligence on the targeted market and peer companies.
Requirements
  • Currently studying a Master's degree in Sales Management or International Commerce with a focus on international B2B sales.
  • Education or experience in Engineering would be valuable.
  • Experience in marketing and/or sales industry would be a plus.
  • Interest in the technological sector, ideally passionate about aircraft, space, and/or drone industries.
  • Language skills: proficient in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, with knowledge of other European languages appreciated.
  • Experience in the usage of CRM and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning, management, and business development.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and committed individual.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.

  • Half-time internship agreement with the university (20h/week).
