Your Role
We are seeking a pragmatic Mandarin-speaking Commercial Legal Counsel for our office in Barcelona. In this role, you will provide global world-class legal support and management advice to our dynamic and fast-paced video game and software development company. The ideal candidate will require strong initiative and sound judgment, with the ability to work independently in a creative and disruptive industry.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our global legal team to manage, negotiate, and execute commercial and corporate agreements, compliance, and risk management related local and global matters and projects.
- Proactively manage the day-to-day legal operational, contractual, corporate, organizational, and compliance needs of our games and the Barcelona entity.
- Provide support in respect of other Western entities, as needed.
