About the Role
Mango is seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Senior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing total rewards programs that drive business results and support our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of total rewards strategies, including compensation and benefits programs, to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to determine compensation and benefits trends, and make recommendations for adjustments, improvements, or changes to our programs.
- Design and implement fixed and variable compensation plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the maintenance of data integrity and quality across all HR systems, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR analytics and insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation to support HR processes and systems.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a total rewards department, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful total rewards programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- High level of English proficiency, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
