At Hornetsecurity, we are seeking a highly skilled Network Development Manager to join our team in Madrid. With a focus on strategic distribution channel management, this role is responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing results across Iberia, Latam & Italy.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing sales partners and distributors. As Network Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining a network of sales partners and distributors in Iberia, LATAM, and Italy
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing partners, providing training and support to ensure successful implementation of our partner program
  • Maintaining accurate forecasts, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring targets are met in Iberia, Latam & Italy
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT security or cloud services, with expertise in sales channel management
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and Salesforce for data management and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with confidence in presentations and negotiations
  • A high travel flexibility, proactive mindset, and goal-driven approach to achieving quarterly targets

Competitive Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience
