Strategic Wholesale Merchandiser for Iberia Region

As part of our Wholesale team in Iberia, you will develop and execute assortment strategies to meet consumer, brand, and commercial objectives for Asics Wholesale.
Deliver agreed financial plans and margins for the accounts by effectively planning ranges, managing seasonal transitions, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
You will work closely with the Merchandise Manager South to define seasonal range strategies, build range plans, and ensure assortment provides a customer experience that balances the Brand's strengths and delivers commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop seasonal range strategies in alignment with Merchandise Manager's guidance
- Build range plans using detailed analysis, market knowledge, and wholesale performance data
- Ensure assortment provides a customer experience that balances Brand's strengths and delivers commercial objectives
- Work with Planning team to develop Space criteria within accounts
- Manage Master Data management and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain data accuracy
- Support forecasting of future stock levels to maximize seasonal crossovers, peak trading weeks, and specific campaigns
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Merchandising, Category, or Product management in retail, sports, or related industries
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
