Global Process Owner Credit Management & Net Working Capital Specialist

Sulzer is a leading engineering company with a proud heritage of innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled Global Process Owner Credit Management & Net Working Capital Specialist to join our GF_Finance & Controlling, Accounting team in Spain.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead transformation initiatives in credit management, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Assess and design credit management technology, including SAP credit management templates, to support multiple ERPs.
  • Formulate and propose changes to the global credit management framework, ensuring operationalization and standardization.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities in credit management processes.
  • Track and report progress of implementation, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Support the establishment of a central credit management team, providing expertise and guidance to local legal entities.
  • Assess and manage global service contracts for credit management, including external credit rating agencies.
  • Evaluate high-value credit limit requests, providing recommendations to Division CFOs and Group CFO.
  • Collaborate with Head Group Finance on trade finance projects and initiatives, and support Head Group Trade Finance on Net Working Capital projects.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance or Economics, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Functional knowledge of implementing credit modules in SAP and M365, with a solid understanding of Order to Cash processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver key insights to leadership and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with a preference for experience in an industrial company.
