About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at IKKS. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth in the Travel & Tourism sector.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, as well as identifying new business opportunities and growth strategies.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop a deep understanding of IKKS's services and their benefits
• Manage and lead regional business development activities to drive new revenue
• Research and understand industries that IKKS markets to, including industry leaders and current events
• Develop prospective clients through various strategies, including internet research and referrals
• Foster and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, and other means
• Formulate sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Present IKKS's solutions via one-on-one, group, online, and in-person meetings
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients

Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent
• Native level of Spanish with superior written and spoken communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• 2-4 years' professional experience in a B2B sales environment managing the full sales cycle
• Motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
