National Sales Manager - Orthopaedics - SpainPlanet Pharma is working exclusively with a growing medical device organisation who are looking for Spain#39;s best sales person to cover their orthopaedics portfolio. As a National Sales Manager, you will be 100% field based for orthopaedic sales and business management across Spain. You will be responsible for leading a team of field-based sales people to identify, build and manage an effective network of distributors, sub-distributors and independent sales agents to increase product penetration. You will regularly meet with surgeons and hospital buying committees to partner with them to demonstrate technology using product presentations, demonstration kits, clinical research publications, and clinical trials programs. For this position, our client is looking for someone who has:extensive sales experience, particularly with orthopaedic joints an entrepreneurial flare to drive sales and business growth across Spainexperience leading or supervising/mentoring a field-based sales team You will either be looking to take the next step in your career to join a growing business and lead this team, or you#39;re looking to take on the next challenge in your career to succeed in orthopaedic sales.
