Job Title: Organizational Change Implementation Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Implementation Lead to join our team at TUI Group. As a key member of our transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and embedding of strategic and technological changes across all our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans for user groups and impacted teams, ensuring key milestones and business activities are clearly understood.
  2. Coordinate with user groups and impacted teams to ensure they have the necessary resources to support implementation plans and embed changes.
  3. Maintain an implementation risk and issues log, escalating to the Head of Transformational Strategy and Business Design as necessary.
  4. Work with impacted teams to establish clear business readiness acceptance criteria and provide support from the point of implementation.
  5. Lead the overall implementation training approach, plan, and delivery effectiveness in collaboration with other transformation and Business Process owners.
  6. Manage the overall communication approach, plan, and stakeholder management, maintaining a robust stakeholder engagement plan.
  7. Facilitate successful change management by establishing a common change impact assessment and readiness approach.
  8. Provide coaching, support, and continuous feedback to the transformation team and business.
  9. Coordinate post-go-live support to ensure users have hyper care for a period.
  10. Conduct regular reviews of how introduced changes are performing alongside the Technology Product team.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in leading and delivering successful international organizational change programs.
  2. Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with change management certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP) or designation desired.
  3. Excellent relationship and networking skills, with the ability to effectively influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  4. An authentic, credible leader with a passion to drive improvements in our business.
  5. Pragmatic and organized, with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
  6. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  7. Strong team player with the ability to challenge and effectively coach others.
  8. Excellent active listening and communication skills in English.
  9. Problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
  10. Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  11. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Power Automate, Visio, and Miro.
  12. Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
