- Develop and implement case strategies, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution of claims.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive fair and timely payouts.
- Maintain accurate records of claim activities and ensure compliance with claims procedural and documentation standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Several years of experience in handling casualty claims, with specialized knowledge of other LoBs a plus.
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, combined with a strong work ethic.
- Customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and behaviors.
- Digital agility, with the ability to use digital tools and media to optimize work and communication.
- Ability to respond to a changing environment with flexibility and innovation.
