The RoleWe're seeking a customer-obsessed, results-driven Director of Total Reward and People Operations to join our London office. As a core member of the People and leadership group, you'll be responsible for crafting the vision and strategy for Total Reward and overseeing payroll globally. You'll work closely with the Chief People Officer and other stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Reward Strategies: Lead the development of reward, recognition, and benefits strategies to ensure best practices and alignment with Dojo's strategic objectives.
- Provide Critical Insights: Act as the cornerstone for our C-Suite, supplying them with crucial data and insights necessary to make informed decisions.
- Maintain Competitive Edge: Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and market trends to keep Dojo ahead of the game.
- Review and Iterate: Ensure Dojo's reward program is consistent and fair through multiple initiatives.
- Educate Employees: Develop and deliver effective program education/communication to promote programs that shape employee engagement.
- Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to translate program concepts into implementation.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements in new markets.
- Thoughtful and proactive leadership: Proven experience developing high-performing teams.
- In-depth expertise in core reward processes: Including equity, executive remuneration, and incentive schemes.
- Exceptional analytical skills: Ability to draw and communicate insights from data.
- Excellent organizational skills: To deliver highly complex projects in expedited timeframes.
