The Role
We are seeking a customer-obsessed, results-driven Director of Total Reward to join our London office. As a core member of the People and wider leadership group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing reward, recognition, and benefits strategies that align with Dojo's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Strategic Direction: Lead the development of reward, recognition, and benefits strategies to ensure best practices and alignment with Dojo's strategic objectives.
- Guide Critical Decisions: Act as the cornerstone for our C-Suite, supplying them with crucial data and insights necessary to make informed judgements.
- Maintain Our Competitive Edge: Keep Dojo ahead of the game by bringing up-to-date industry knowledge and market trends.
- Review and Iterate: Ensure Dojo's reward programme is consistent and fair through multiple initiatives.
- Educate Our People: Develop and deliver effective program education/communication to promote programs that shape employee engagement.
- Engage Our Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to translate program concepts into implementation.
- Keep Dojo Compliant: Ensure compliance with our new markets' local regulatory requirements.
