Job Title: Director Talent

Job Summary:

The Director Talent will be responsible for leading the Talent and Culture Management function at Sofitel Tour Blanche. This role will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of employees to support the hotel's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employee accountability and growth.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address talent gaps and develop succession plans.
  • Represent the hotel in collective bargaining and labor relations.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in talent management and human resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate in local languages.
  • Good understanding of what it takes to build a strong service culture.
