Core Responsibilities
- Engage customers through the Gucci selling ceremony to provide a memorable shopping experience.
- Offer exceptional service by welcoming, listening to, and assisting clients, showcasing extensive knowledge of products and the brand's heritage.
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling across all product lines.
- Advise clients on current fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a genuine passion for the industry.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Maintain accurate customer records using company tools (CRM) to retain existing clients and identify new potential customers.
- Achieve personal and store performance targets while contributing to business growth.
- Foster a collaborative atmosphere by communicating openly with team members and proposing effective solutions.
- Assist in managing product displays in line with Gucci's visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained and stocked according to corporate guidelines.
- Oversee product replenishment and conduct inventory checks.
- Adhere to company grooming standards in accordance with Gucci policies.

- Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity within the fashion retail sector.
