About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Equipment Technician to join our team at Kion Group Ag. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for the preparation and conditioning of industrial equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair forklifts, including regular inspections and modifications.
  • Prepare machines for demonstration, stock removal, and used equipment.
  • Repair customer machines with direct delivery to the workshop.
  • Repair external machines.
  • Supervise customer orientation, addressing needs, doubts, and usage advice.
  • Comply with safety protocols and procedures established by the organization.
  • Complete administrative tasks within established deadlines.
  • Report technical deficiencies affecting or potentially affecting safe vehicle operation.
  • Properly manage tooling, utensils, and equipment.
  • Communicate through the application, reporting incidents and other issues.
  • Propose process and method improvements.
Requirements
  • Superior Technical Cycle in Mechatronics, Electricity, or similar, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in the sector or similar (automotive).
  • Desirable knowledge of office software (Outlook, PPT, Word, Excel).
  • Desirable formation of 20 hours of PRL metal (Presential modality). If not available, we will provide internal training.
  • Valid forklift operator's license (frontal and retractable).
