**Job Summary**

At John Bean Technologies, we're committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our equipment runs at optimal levels, providing accurate and detailed service visit reports, and collaborating with our global teams to deliver world-class projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct inspections, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting in customer facilities
  • Provide accurate and detailed service visit reports
  • Create solutions to new technical problems and develop suggestions for continuous improvement
  • Support installations when needed
  • Coordinate technical communication flow inside JBT organization
  • Participate in creating and applying working procedures for Service department tasks
  • Inform of potential improvements and progress
  • Train service on customers
  • Respond to technical questions from customers, technicians, and sales force
  • Assist sales departments providing technical information and customer assistance

**Requirements:**

  • At least 5 years' experience from a similar role or tasks working with equipment as Service/Installation Engineer in Food/Pharmaceutical/Chemical industry or as Maintenance Technician within the Process industry
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to travel and work at flexible hours as the job may require, also at the weekends
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office is valued
  • Valid driving license
