Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling the Solutions team by driving programs around strategic planning, roadmap delivery, cross-org alignment, internal productivity, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Orchestrate solution roadmap planning and review against key performance indicators to ensure portfolio strategy translates into business results.
  • Cross-Departmental Alignment: Drive upfront alignment and ongoing progress on collaborative cross-departmental initiatives by defining program objectives, planning key deliverables, and facilitating leadership review.
  • Team Development: Oversee team offsite events and monthly all-hands meetings to develop a shared sense of purpose, facilitate training and development programs, and develop resources for new team members.
  • Product Communications: Support programs for internal and external communications about recent and upcoming product releases, including release notes, internal newsletters, and customer-facing assets.
  • Internal Tools: Support the deployment, management, and optimization of internal tools utilized by the solutions team for roadmap planning, product delivery, and more.
  • Other Initiatives: Oversee initiatives to improve solutions-wide process and efficiency, including information security, project management, knowledge management, and more.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, product operations management, or a related role within the technology industry.
  • Strong program management skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolutions.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
