Job Description

Program / Project Manager (f/m/d)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program / Project Manager to join our team at NTT DATA Business Solutions. As a key member of our global program, you will be responsible for managing one or two projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculating project development, implementation, and risks
  • Managing project resources, including customer teams
  • Building and maintaining detailed project plans
  • Collaborating with the PMO for project tracking and control
  • Serving as a mentor to project members
  • Anticipating project deviations and developing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Detailed understanding of the SAP Activate Methodology
  • Good knowledge of SAP usage in project cycles
  • Ability to steer project members, build consensus, and solve problems under pressure
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and motivate others
  • Willingness to travel for 50%
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and preferably other languages
