Job Summary
Klüber Lubrication, a leading global technology group, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our client portfolio, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the assigned client portfolio in accordance with our commercial strategy to achieve established objectives.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as our competitors.
- Negotiate commercial conditions with clients, ensuring alignment with our commercial management methodology.
- Support marketing activities, including attendance at industry events and trade fairs, to promote our brand and products.
- Collaborate with the commercial management team to develop and implement sales strategies, including the preparation of annual sales budgets and objective plans.
- Promote our company values, including an ambitious attitude, outstanding performance, and personal style, and represent our brand in internal functions.
- Develop and implement a value-selling culture and work methodology, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- Studies in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering (Mechanical Specialty), or Chemical Engineering/Degree in Chemistry.
- Commercial experience in the industrial and B2B channel.
