Job Summary

This role will drive the technology roadmap for Clinical Development, focusing on enabling the design and execution of clinical development plans and trials to develop high-value medicines for our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the clinical development process and the ability to drive technology solutions to support it.

About the Role

This position is responsible for partnering with the Clinical Development organization to identify technology needs and develop solutions to support their goals. The successful candidate will have a strong business acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the clinical development process and the technology needs of the organization
- Partner with the Clinical Development organization to identify technology needs and develop solutions to support their goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology solutions
- Provide guidance and support to the Clinical Development organization on technology-related matters

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a computer science, engineering, or information technology discipline
- 12+ years of experience in business partnering and delivering IT solutions in the pharma industry or similar industries
- 5+ years of experience with end-to-end development processes and IT landscape and technologies across functional areas
- Ability to engage with senior and diverse stakeholders, connecting the dots and influencing roadmaps
