Job Title: Shared Services Centre Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Shared Services Centre Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Policy Servicing Unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service delivery and accuracy in reviewing instructions, entering complex premium bookings, and preparing policy documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake audits and quality control checking of outsourced and retained work elements to ensure the highest standards of delivery.
  • Book premiums onto business systems within agreed service level agreements.
  • Prepare required policy documentation within agreed SLAs and quality standards.
  • Produce system over limit reports and daily SOX reporting for team leader sign-off.
  • Review and monitor all outsourced work elements, identify type and frequency of problems or inefficiencies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and maintain delivery of contract certainty requirements for both retained and outsourced bookings.
  • Undertake processing and control of broker closings and other underwriting support activities.
  • Assist credit control with the management of credit referrals within agreed limits of authority.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Native/bilingual level in Dutch.
  • Business level of English.
  • Experience within a processing role, particularly experience of following written instructions, data entry, and document/report drafting.
  • Strong customer service skills and customer-centric attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and the desire to deliver and improve quality.
  • Problem resolution and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative.
