About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic German-speaking Account Manager to join our DACH Department at Puckator, a leading giftware designer and supplier to the retail trade. As a key member of our European business team, you will be responsible for building relationships, growing sales, and coordinating administration for quotes, orders, and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in the German-speaking market
  • Grow sales revenue through effective account management and business development
  • Coordinate administration for quotes, orders, and customer inquiries
  • Attend German trade fairs annually to meet new customers, catch up with key accounts, and generate leads for new business
  • Utilize our permanent showroom in Paris to demonstrate our product range to potential customers
  • Manage orders and queries generated by customers, including quotes for deliveries and exploring potential bespoke products
  • Undertake marketing activities, such as keeping the website up to date, translating SEO and newsletter content, and reporting and analyzing sales

Requirements:

  • Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
  • Good standard of English desirable
  • 1 year of sales administration experience
  • 1 year of B2B sales experience
