We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Procurement team as a Global Manager Procurement TTH Raw Materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing several portfolios, including Grills and Smoke, Dairy and Seafood, and will work closely with our TTH division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategies: The candidate will develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies, ensuring security of supplies and delivering against key performance indicators.
- Build Strategic Supplier Relationships: The candidate will build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, driving commercial, sustainability, innovation, and performance initiatives.
- Manage Internal Stakeholders: The candidate will manage key internal stakeholders, including R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and commercial leads.
- Negotiate with Suppliers: The candidate will negotiate with suppliers, focusing on key criteria such as Quality, Service Delivery, Operational Improvements, and Total Cost of Ownership.
- Track Market Data: The candidate will track and consolidate market data, including global supply, import/export data, and weather information.
- Provide Supply Coverage: The candidate will provide the latest supply coverage, price, and savings estimates.
- Manage Improvement Projects: The candidate will manage improvement and development projects, driving business growth and efficiency.
- Participate in Target Settings: The candidate will participate in target settings and deliver against plan.
- Support Entrepreneurial Risks: The candidate will support taking calculated entrepreneurial risks and challenge assumptions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: The candidate will encourage cross-divisional working and learning networks, contributing to removing barriers that inhibit effective decision-making.
- Ambassador of Company Values: The candidate will be the ambassador of the Company values internally and externally.
Requirements:
- Education: A degree from a University or College in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Science, or Agronomy.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Procurement, with a focus on managing natural raw materials with significant price volatility and supply risk.
- Skills: The candidate should have analytical, strategic, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interact and bring leadership at all levels in the organization.
- Language: Fluent written and spoken English, with a good level of Spanish a strong plus.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), with basic ERP skills (SAP experience preferred).
- International Travel: International travel required.
