Job DescriptionAs an Outbound Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting on-the-ground research and canvassing in designated neighborhoods to identify potential properties and opportunities. You will utilize the Driving 4 Dollars platform to spot properties that may be suitable for acquisition, investment, or client interest.
You will leverage BathLeads software to streamline the lead generation process, input and manage data related to identified properties, and use BatchLeads tools to analyze and evaluate the potential of each lead based on criteria such as property condition, ownership status, foreclosures, etc.
Your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential leads when further information or clarification is needed, engaging with potential sellers to gather necessary details and verify lead information, assessing and qualifying leads based on predefined criteria and company standards.
You will prioritize leads that demonstrate high potential for conversion and alignment with business objectives, maintain a database of qualified leads, and ensure all relevant details are recorded and easily accessible.
You will participate in team meetings to discuss strategies, challenges, and improvements, and provide feedback on tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements and SkillsTo succeed in this role, you must possess excellent analytical and research skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
You should have proficiency in using lead generation tools such as BatchLeads, a strong understanding of the real estate industry, and experience in cold calling. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
