About this role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Swedish speaking Business Developer Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to drive business growth through identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and discovering their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve quarterly SQO quota and maintain a target level of activity daily and weekly
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects
  • Educate customers on what we have to offer and execute daily outbound phone calls and emails
  • Understand prospects#39; pain points, gather technical requirements, and build value for next steps in the sales process
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.Com

Requirements:

  • B.A/B.S degree or equivalent practical experience
  • C2 level fluency in Swedish (other Nordic languages a plus)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • 1+ year experience in IT outbound sales prospecting with strong sales acumen and ability to persuade others

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this role is approximately €27,284 gross/year, including up to €3,408 gross/year in bonus. You will also enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
