**Key Responsibilities**
- Independently process payroll end-to-end to ensure timely delivery and adherence to agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support statutory and year-end reporting to meet agreed-upon calendars and KPIs.
- Utilize payroll expertise to advise clients on queries and issues, ensuring a strong understanding of country-specific legislation and tasks.
- Support and knowledge transfer to apprentices and associates on data management and customer service activities.
- Ensure timely response to tickets and calls within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timescales and to a high standard.
- Support system maintenance testing and liaise with third-party vendors.
- Complete SOC controls on time and provide necessary evidence.
- Contribute to root cause analysis to ensure accuracy and suggest feasible preventative measures.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and ensure audience understanding and application.
- Maintain Data Warehouse Interfaces (DWIs) to ensure processes are up-to-date and reflective of the service.
- Report system issues and defects correctly, logging tickets with necessary details and evidence.
- Highlight deviations from standard scope of service to the Service Manager.
- Recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Accurately complete time recording and adhere to Alight Security Standards.
- Contribute to team meetings and raise issues promptly to the Service Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with Alight announcements and communications.
- Build relationships with relevant lines of business and update internal stakeholders as needed.
- Participate in projects and activities as assigned.
**Required Experience**

**Education and Training**
A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, such as accounting, human resources, or business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
