Position Summary: The Sales Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in generating and maintaining Power BI reports. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of how company data is produced and processed, necessitating ongoing collaboration with IT and various departments on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop intricate Power BI reports with tailored measures and parameters to bolster sales initiatives.
- Construct datasets that align with analytical requirements, integrating external data sources such as target or support tables.
- Engage in regional and global projects.
- Work alongside IT departments to establish data requirements and processes.
- Assist the team with data validation tasks.
- Maintain proficiency in various systems and programs utilized by sales, including Power BI, Power Query, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with strong expertise in Power BI and Excel.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- A degree in Engineering, IT, or Economics is preferred.
- A proactive learner with a keen interest in data analysis and software acquisition.
- Exceptional time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
