Unlock Your Potential as a DC Sales Expert at Wallbox

Join a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment where you'll be instrumental in advancing the global deployment of DC Charging Products across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives, translating them into actionable plans to achieve revenue and market penetration targets.
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans and meet/exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies and business development activities.
  • Work closely with various internal departments throughout the sales process and demonstrate proficiency in contract negotiations with major corporations and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, conduct product presentations, and devise market strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast revenue, maintain detailed records, and continuously build a strong technical foundation to understand and meet customer needs effectively.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Commercial, Sales, and Business Development, with a strong track record in relevant markets and products.
  • Prior experience in the e-mobility DC Fast Charging Industry and/or Back-end Software Management services is essential.
  • Proven history of developing, driving, and closing business while consistently exceeding quota targets.
  • University degree in electrical/mechanical engineering is a must.
  • Customer-oriented, socially aware, and skilled in networking.
  • A results-oriented mindset with an outside-in thinking approach.
  • Leadership skills and experience, with the ability to coach, motivate, and influence colleagues to achieve clear outcomes.
  • Willingness to engage in extensive travel, as the role may require.
  • Familiarity with sales tools, with experience in Salesforce considered a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with additional languages as an advantage.
