Prime Video is a premium streaming service that offers customers a vast collection of TV shows and movies. We're looking for a skilled Dutch Language Content Specialist to join our team and help us deliver high-quality content to our global audience.
The primary responsibility of this role is to perform various tasks related to the publishing or assessment and enhancement of the quality of the content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue, using expert knowledge in Dutch language.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Applying knowledge of Dutch language and executing standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- Managing escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
- Creating or fixing media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality.
About the team:
The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, and on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience.
We obsess over ensuring that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device-agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.
Therefore, the Digi Flex Operations organization plays an essential role at Prime Video, ensuring that the content that powers our vision to be the premier source of global entertainment is complete and correct.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluency in Dutch language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
- Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
