Language Content Specialist, Dutch, Prime Video Operations

**Content Publishing Expertise**
We're seeking a skilled Language Content Specialist to join our Prime Video Global Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our content offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Apply expert knowledge of Dutch language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
- Create or fix media assets such as subtitle, metadata or artwork with high quality.
**About the Team**
Our Prime Video Global Operations team partners with various stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing and assembly, and on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to our global audience.
We're committed to ensuring every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device-agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for our customers.
**Requirements**
- Fluency in Dutch language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
- Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
