About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Prime Video Global Operations team, where you'll work with a wide range of stakeholders to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly. Your primary responsibility will be to perform various tasks related to the publishing or assessment and enhancement of the quality of the content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue, using your expert knowledge in Dutch language.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply your knowledge of Dutch language and execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
* Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
* Create or fix media assets such as subtitle, metadata, or artwork with high quality.

Our team partners with stakeholders across Prime Video to ensure that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers. We're passionate about delivering exceptional content that powers our vision to be the premier source of global entertainment.

What We're Looking For

* Fluency in Dutch language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
* Fluency in English both verbal and written.
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
