About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Language Content Specialist to join our Prime Video Global Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for publishing and assessing the quality of content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue, utilizing your expertise in the Danish language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply knowledge of Danish language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
  • Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
  • Create or fix media assets such as subtitle, metadata or artwork with high quality.
About the Team

The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders to oversee asset deliveries, system processing and assembly, and on-time, defect free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience. We obsess over ensuring that every search, discovery and playback interaction with Prime Video is device agnostic, defect free and results in a high engagement experience for Customers.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Danish language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
  • Understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
  • Experience in Post house/Studios industry in the content publishing or quality management domain.
