About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Time Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the time management system and providing customer service activities to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead SAP HCM Time Management activities for multiple clients, ensuring the maintenance of SAP HCM systems.
  2. Update the SAP HCM Time Management system, creating work schedule rules, updating rules related to clock in and clock outs, creation of absences, attendances, quotas, modulation, overtime, allowances, and error messages.
  3. Resolve client-reported issues and configure evolutions (change requests).
  4. Prepare and conduct workshops with clients to define solutions to be implemented.
  5. Analyze the system to improve execution time and reduce anomalies in each payroll.
  6. Create technical specifications and functional documentation.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
  2. Experience in Time management tools (SAP HCM PT, Workday, ADP, Horoquartz, eTemptation, Kronos, etc.).
  3. Remote option available for candidates with previous experience as SAP Times consultant.
