Head of Workplace Facilities Management, EMEA APAC

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Workplace Facilities Management team in the EMEA APAC regions. As a key member of our Global Facilities and Real Estate team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless, efficient, and aligned workplace and facilities operations.

As the Senior Manager, you will report directly to the VP of Global People Solutions, interfacing closely with local leaders across EMEA APAC to harmonize facilities management with our corporate ethos and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of our hybrid work model, including building space allocation, usage analytics, forecasting, layout, and decor to optimize the workspace.
  • Ensure prompt response to all facilities requests, issues, and complaints, overseeing the optimization of ticketing systems for issue resolution.
  • Select, manage, and develop relationships with workplace services contractors and vendors to provide essential services such as lunch catering, snacks, and beverage machines.
  • Manage parking and commuter programs to ensure optimal utilization and adherence, alongside policies such as pet-friendly workplace initiatives.
  • Oversee day porters and cleaning crews to maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained workplace, developing programs to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Act as a liaison between building management and Scopely, ensuring building maintenance and repairs are completed promptly.
  • Manage building access, surveillance, alarms, and security personnel to ensure the safety and security of our workplace.
