About You

  • You have extensive product marketing or broader marketing experience, with a proven track record of designing and executing product launch strategies with measurable impact.
  • You are skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously across various stakeholders in different locations.
  • You thrive in a data-driven organization where impact is measured in terms of customer acquisition, adoption, and retention.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling stories based on user insights.
  • You are fluent in English, with the option to speak another one of our core languages: Spanish, Portuguese (Brazilian), Italian, or German.
  • Bonus points if you have industry experience in healthcare/healthtech or SaaS, B2B.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop positioning and messaging for new launches that fit into the overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create whitepapers, eBooks, datasheets, case studies, and other product/technical content used in the marketing funnel.
  • Support sales enablement teams with training and materials about newly launched products and features.
  • Drive strategic projects aimed at boosting adoption of core Docplanner offerings to help customers extract value from products or build a basis for future launches.
  • Work closely with the Product and Insights Team during the product development phase and collaborate with global marketing teams on asset development and implementation for launches.

Your Qualifications

  • Extensive product marketing or broader marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing product launch strategies with measureable impact.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across various stakeholders in different locations.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Thrived in a data-driven organization where impact is measured in terms of customer acquisition/adoption/retention.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, plus ideally another one of our core languages.
