About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Executive to join our EMEA Merchant Acquisition Sales organization in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our acceptance network in Sweden and Finland by managing and closing inbound sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow the AMEX acceptance network in Sweden and Finland by managing and closing inbound sales opportunities received by phone, fax, and email in the assigned markets.
  • End-to-end ownership of a lead, from first contact through to closing the sale, account set up, and ensuring that they are able to fully benefit from Accepting Amex in their establishment.
Requirements
  • Native/Fluent level of Swedish and Finnish written and spoken.
  • High level of other European languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous sales experience a plus.
  • Willing to sell, driven by objectives, ambitious, and communicative.
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, Salesforce a bonus).
  • Highly engaging telephone communication style with the ability to speak confidently with senior executives.
  • A natural forward planner who is highly organized and has the ability to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members in different markets to maximize individual and company performance.
