Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an ICQA Area Manager to join our fulfillment center Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the Space management team and responsibilities, ensuring a safe work environment for all associates and coordinating inventory control maintenance and random counts in accordance with network count strategies.
You will also be responsible for ensuring KPIs are reviewed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and performing analysis on any behaviors/processes that could impact on inventory integrity.
Additionally, you will conduct measurements of building Space integrity and accuracy, while providing feedback to the Operations management team.
Collaboration with all department stakeholders is essential to identify and understand key projects, initiatives, and system enhancements.
As a leader, you will supervise a team of hourly associates, in consolidation operations and Space, Inventory Control/Quality Assurance projects within the fulfillment centers.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent qualification/experience in operations management, advanced MS Office suite user, especially Excel, and proficiency in the local language and English, both spoken and written.
Relevant experience in people management and proven ability to influence peers or stakeholders in varying levels of seniority within the organization are also essential.
