Job Title: HR GeneralistWe're seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in the Valencia office. As a key member of our HR team, you'll be responsible for managing all HR-related topics in France and partly Spain.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee records, including hiring, terminations, promotions, and contract changes.
- Prepare employee documentation and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Deliver timely and accurate reports to the payroll department.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR policy and system-related questions.
- Perform administrative and operational HR tasks, such as leave management and employer statements.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, focusing on process optimization and employee experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, English, and Spanish.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and provide creative solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of French labor law and ability to apply it in a dynamic environment.
