About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Agent to join our team at Recruit4Work. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  2. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.
  3. Case Management: Manage customer cases from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  4. Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing clear and concise communication throughout the support process.
  5. Problem-Solving: Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
  1. Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and working proficiency in English.
  2. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT topics, including storage, networking, Windows/Mac, and production tools.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer enquiries.
  4. Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
