About the Role

We're seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to drive compliance, open new markets, and ensure our innovative products meet EU/UK regulatory standards. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside dynamic teams, drive strategic regulatory initiatives, and shape the future of our business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Compliance: Conduct gap analyses, assess the regulatory permissibility of our Health & Wellness portfolio, and ensure products meet EU/UK standards throughout their lifecycle.
  • Market Expansion: Coordinate with global teams to unlock key markets, supporting product authorizations, renewals, and variations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure alignment on compliance and regulatory strategy.
  • Risk Management: Own the regulatory risk assessment process and propose solutions to mitigate any issues that may arise.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with customers and regulatory bodies, representing ADM's interests at trade associations and external forums.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years in a regulatory role within the food supplements industry (EU/UK focus preferred).
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge of biotics (prebiotics, probiotics, postbiotics) and a strong understanding of their regulatory landscape.
  • Management Skills: Proven ability to lead regulatory teams and manage multiple complex projects.
  • Key Decision Maker: Experience driving decisions on regulatory strategy, risk assessments, and market entry, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
  • Understanding of Innovation: Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation while ensuring regulatory compliance, staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Education: Degree/Master's in Food Technology, Law, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational abilities, business acumen, and the capacity to prioritize effectively.

About the Opportunity

This role can be based in Lopen, Somerset or Valencia, Spain on a hybrid working policy. The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
