Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Manager

About the Role:

At ADM, we're dedicated to improving global health and wellness through cutting-edge ingredient solutions for both humans and animals. As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our innovative products meet EU/UK regulatory standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct gap analyses to assess the regulatory permissibility of our Health & Wellness portfolio.
  • Coordinate with global teams to unlock key markets and support product authorizations, renewals, and variations.
  • Work closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure alignment on compliance and regulatory strategy.
  • Own the regulatory risk assessment process and propose solutions to mitigate any issues that may arise.
  • Build strong partnerships with customers and regulatory bodies, representing ADM's interests at trade associations and external forums.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a regulatory role within the food supplements industry (EU/UK focus preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of biotics (prebiotics, probiotics, postbiotics) and a strong understanding of their regulatory landscape.
  • Proven ability to lead regulatory teams and manage multiple complex projects.
  • Experience driving decisions on regulatory strategy, risk assessments, and market entry, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
  • Understanding of innovation and ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Degree/Master's in Food Technology, Law, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
