About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Minacs. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for securing new customer wins for Cloud Solutions and maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  2. Collaborate with Sales Agents, Solution Specialists, client sales teams, and channel partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Actively monitor pipeline, collect feedback, and update involved parties on closure, support close plan execution.
  4. Curate and connect customers to an ecosystem of best-of-breed solutions in the territory, driving growth in customer acquisition, consumption, and usage.
  5. Surface customer wins for partner sell with evidence; surface partner capacity and capability needs and key opportunities to Partner Management team.
  6. Control main performance indicators and run rates of pipeline.
  7. Establish a foundation for how technology and services can meet customer/partner needs.
Requirements
  1. Native or proficient in Spanish and fluent in English.
  2. 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
  3. Experience working within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment preferred.
  4. Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions required.
  5. Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance as they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred.
  6. Fundamentals certification required.
  7. Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning.
  8. Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solution designs, migrations, and management of technology.
  9. Bachelor's degree required; major or minor in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
  10. Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
  11. Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills.
