Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Advisor, Proposal Management to join our remote team. This role provides support to our global team and is responsible for managing proposal development, planning, and execution. The Senior Proposal Manager will oversee all administrative aspects of proposal development, ensuring security and integrity of all proposal documentation, compliance with solicitation requirements, and coordination of internal flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and management for all aspects of proposal development through the full proposal lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous proposal management activities, including vendor onboarding, due diligence, and compliance questionnaire coordination.
  • Engage with Product and Business Value teams to ensure proposals reflect the most current and relevant information.
  • Liaise with multiple departments to ensure all proposals comply with company policies and contractual obligations.
  • Write and edit proposal content, including the executive summary, problem statement, solution overview, project plan, and pricing information.
Requirements
  • Ability to build methods and processes to scale through 3rd party proposal management tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in proposal development and management.
