Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve maximum value from the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical point of contact during the pre-sales stage, assisting sales personnel in qualifying customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis for strategic accounts.
- Exhibit mastery of the sales process and serve as a trusted advisor for account representatives.
- Work closely with the practice manager to grow the practice and drive business results.
- Perform product demonstrations, both standard and customized, to potential and existing customers, both on-site and virtually.
- Plan and conduct proof of concept and proof of value with potential customers, responding to requests for information/proposal documents.
- Stay up-to-date on product developments/releases to the level required for demos and POC/POCs, as well as competitive analysis.
- Conduct transition briefings and preparation for deployment, creating and maintaining templates and documentation for project scoping and proposal delivery.
- Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events.
