About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers and field personnel for Thermo Fisher Scientific laboratory plastics products.
  • Answer customer technical inquiries via various channels and collaborate with experts to resolve issues.
  • Record customer interactions and contribute to the development of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Gather commercial and technological trends and create technical resources, such as FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
  • Present technical updates to colleagues and participate in department meetings.
  • Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on products and technologies.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences or chemistry.
  • 2-10 years of laboratory experience.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex technical information and communicate effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and digital literacy.
