Key Responsibilities- Environmental Health and Safety Management
- Develop and implement effective EHS management systems to ensure compliance with EU and national regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with plant managers to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Oversee compliance with permits and other relevant legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance register.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new legislation.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Develop and deliver executive-level EHS reports and updates to leadership teams.
- Provide regular reporting on EHS KPIs against objectives.
- Collaborate with plant managers to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Training and Development
- Provide EHS induction training and awareness for new employees.
- Associations and Partnerships
- Represent Ardagh Group in trade associations working groups.
- Degree in Environmental Engineering or Energy Engineering or equivalent.
- Basic certification of Fire Prevention and/or Risk Prevention Management.
- Fluent English language skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Share Point, SAP, ARMS, and EIS.
