About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Creative Motion Design Lead to join our Creative Design Team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading the creation and execution of dynamic motion design campaigns that elevate our brand and push creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative motion design strategies that align with our business goals and target audience.
  • Lead the production of high-quality motion design content, ensuring alignment with our brand's animation and video standards.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Strategy Director to understand our business goals and target audience, and develop strategies to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform creative strategies.
  • Manage the team's design tasks and assist in project delivery during high-demand periods.
  • Monitor design performance metrics and use data-driven decision-making to create intuitive designs.
